​​There is a deep impulse in me to use this medium to seek out, help create and visually record.

The pinnacle moment of an event, time, place, circumstance or relationship,
where everything comes together in the form of light, emotion, mood, feeling, composition, shape, form and mystery, for usually only a split second. The combination of these subtle nuances and synchronicities happens so fast I can never be sure if I truly pulled it off until close examination of the final reproduced image. There is definitely some magic involved.

Next to my passion for Photography..Me and my partner have been diagnosed with a syndrome called Wanderlust, a strong desire to wander or travel and explore the world.

  4. Ok so I thought I would also send you an official ‘hello and welcome’…

    Hello newest Spikey! I know, a bit corny, eh, but that’s the term that has come to stick for those folk who are part of the clan known to be followers of Uncle Spike 🙂

    Thank you… I really appreciate that as I for one, know how many interesting and entertaining blogs are out there.

    My aim is to deliver an eclectic offering of posts, from my ‘point n shoot’ attempts at basic photography, to the sharing of my travel adventures over the decades, as well as day to day happenings here on the farm. Oh, plus a few observations on life as I see it, thrown in for good measure.

    My promise to you is not to be overbearing, just a couple of posts a day, maybe 3 at weekends if I have something special to share. But if you are at a loose end one day, maybe you’ll enjoy trawling through some of my older stuff too. I have added plenty of categories to help in said digging process.

      Nice text you’ve send me, nice to know you a bit better.
      Here a small text to let you know a bit more about yourself.
      I already liked watching your images from abroad.
      I didn’t know you had a farm.That sounds nice.
      As you might have noticed of my questions, i am a big animal lover.
      I am a vegetarian, and and an animal right activist. We have a lovely little cat called pelotti, but we used to have horses, dogs, chickens, goats and… I also like to travel a lot, me and my boyfriend have a travel blog called freeasbirds.com feel free to check it out. We love photography and meeting new cultures and people.
